Over 10 years ago, I discovered my passion for helping people become the best version of themselves in their every day life style in the fitness community. I worked as a personal trainer for years in my early 20s, training women not only to feel good through weight loss and body sculpting but strong, empowered and confident in their day to day lifestyles.
